Has my Angel Trumpet returned? ID please

    I had an angel trumpet but it looked like it totally died well today I looked in the pot and this is what I saw is it true has it come back?

    Would help if you could take better pics (not blurry) and some close-ups. Especially with such young plants.
    As I see it, it could be a bunch of things.
    But my suggestion would be to carefully dig around and see what's underneath.
    You will be able to tell if it comes from the old roots or it's simply coming from a seed, in which case it's not brugmansia.

    The leaves LOOK like they COULD be an Angel's trumpet...

    I am thinking that is what it looks like to me.
