Hi Ginny, welcome to the Stew from north Texas.
We love helping beginners become full fledged plantaholics so don't be afraid to ask any questions you have about gardening. :-D

Hi Ginny a big welcome to GardenStew. Feel free to start new topics with your questions or share any info you might have in any of existing topics.

Is ýour weather as hot as ours right now (I'm in Sweden so it is probably about the same). Too hot!

Hello Ginny!!! Sooo nice to have you here with us and we'll certainly give you all the help we can with your new garden. :-D I'm from Scotland so we should be able to grow many of the same things. Could you maybe take some photographs of your piece of land so that we have a better idea of exactly what it's like? Thanks.

Hi from Texas. Don't worry about getting help if you hang out with these guys long enough you won't have anymore room for plants. They have some of the best ideas for plants and how to keep them alive.
