    It looks like it could be an Acer to me Primrose but it's hard to tell as it's rather blurred in your photograph I'm afraid.

    Could it be a Japanese Maple? That would fit with the Acer identification that Eileen made. A close-up of a leaf, and another of the bark would really help.
    I agree, it is pretty!

    A good look at the leaf sinuses would go a long way to identification. They look deep but it is still hard to tell.
