    Hello crew,

This looks like interesting group that may enjoy similar things I do. Started our HerbFest festival many years ago (20) and the 2009 HerbFest will be our 10th consecutive.

My wife and I, she's a physical therapist by training, were so interested in herbs and their practical applications that we started herb shop because every time we went to the International Herb Assoc. meetings and N.C. Herb Society meetings, we found more things to do with herbs!! We were trying to "narrow our focus" but it kept expanding.

Now enjoy cooking with, crafting with herbs and using as healthy food supplements eliminating those supplments we know to be unhealthy yet we retain great flavors.

Anyway that's how we ended up where we are now with our "hobby" of a 10 day HerbFest family friendly festival which works us to the bone!! :D

Hi Medfaxx and welcome from coastal NC. I'd love to know how to make simple infusions or teas from herbs. Hope you enjoy the "stew".

    Parsley Question

    Hi Stewers,

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right or not but I've put up couple of pictures of Italian and Curley parsley in "my garden" and little tidbits of trivia on how to use etc.

This is in response to some question or comment made. As you can see I'm lost on how to exactly do as I should on these posts but hope not doing something wrong or bothering anyone.

    Have a good weekend.
