Hi, I've been trying to get back into gardening more, and look forward to meeting other gardeners on this forum. Thanks to bad knees and two large dogs, I'm a container gardener. For some reason, tomatoes don't seem to thrived when they're dragged across the yard by a 90-pound mutt. Ginger
Welcome gingersplace from mid-Norway. This is a good place to be. I'd love to see photos of your containers and mutt.
Hi Ginger! Hey, I just wanted to say "Hi"! Actually, I'm from Illinois too! I joined the other day, but this is my first post. Where are you at in Illinois? I'm near St. Louis, Missouri. Patti
Hi Gingersplace,, welcome from the Norwegian Artic,, this is a good place to come for info an nice people. Hiya Swicchic,,, glad you could make it here also,, like i said this is a great place an very friendly people who know what they are talking about.
Fantastic!! Two new members to say hello to. :-D I hope you'll both become regulars here at GardenStew. Welcome gingersplace and swicchic88 to our forums from a very cold and frosty Scotland. Gingersplace I agree a 90lb dog dragging your plants around does them no good at all!! We had a Great Dane that thought our twelve rose trees were there just for her to pull up by the roots and toss about the garden.
Hi gingersplace and swicchic88 and a very warm welcome to GardenStew. Delighted to have you join us! Don't forget to check out our blogs, member map and calendar. // frank
Hi Ginger, welcome to the Stew from north Texas. No mutt to drag my plants but there is a rogue opossum in the neighborhood that has tried that a few times. Hi Patti, welcome to the Stew also. Lots of things to learn and fun to have here.
