Hi Floret, welcome to the Stew from north Texas. Good luck on your move, do you get to bring any of your wonderful plants with you to the US? They are all really pretty, I recognize some of them so it was interesting to see their names in Bulgarian.
Hello Floret from another Texan.Good luck on your move to the USA.I do hope your plants get to come with you.
Hello again :-D I have favorite ones from my flowers (that is Orange Clivia and Spathiphyllum), but I know i have to part with them all, because there is restriction to move plants from a country to another. I will give them to my mom, and I hope after we settle here in WV, I will start growing again and even I hope to have my own garden that I dream for a long time. Then I will need advices from you
I'm so sorry you have to part from them. Maybe you can start growing a vegetable garden along with all your flowers.
Hello Floret, I'm very happy to meet you. The photos in your album are lovely, especially your beautiful Clivia flowers. I hope that your move to the U.S. is going well and that you will soon have the garden of your dreams.
http://www.heirloomseeds.com/zonemap.htm http://www.allthingsiris.com/hazoin.html The first one is a very detailed one put out by the US Department of Agriculture The second one isn't broken down into as many zones, it has more general info. This last one is specifically for the state of West Virginia and should give you more info for where you will be moving. You will be in either zone 5 or 6. http://www.growit.com/bin/USDAZoneMaps.exe?MyState=WV
Welcome Floret from Michigan. Glad you decided to join us. Hope your move all goes well and you will soon be starting a garden in the US
