Hello to all from (finally) raining North Georgia USA. I retired Aug5 07. I owned a yarn shop in N GA. I spent my first months gardening, knitting, and tearing up my cabin for remodeling. I live in a small cabin on a very large trout stream. My DH and I and cat, feed the trout, so we have ALOT of them. I have been married for 30 yrs. My DH had a heart attack 7 yrs ago and his health is precarious, as expected. I am working on before and after pics of my garden and cabin, so far mostly of this silly cat. I look forward to getting to know your lovely community. :stew2:

    zuzu,
I love Bats! I built a bat house and posted on a holly tree. We had a red headed bat last year, but I think it was too close to our firepit and he left. I moved the bat house and will look for another one in the spring/summer.

Hello from Michigan. Glad to have you with us! Is your cat an outside cat to where he/she would get to see all the trout? That'd be an amusing sight to see. Though most cats dislike water, so maybe not. :p I look forward to getting to know you better. Welcome!
