Hi everyone! Thank you to the GardenStew for such a warm welcome :-D ! I live in what is known unofficially as the capital region of the Valley. A beautiful, small island city that bares a striking resemblances to old town USA with its old (the courthouse was built in 1901) buildings, and industrial worker charm. It is about 20 minutes from the Ontario and New York borders. I am a mom of two beautiful girls and a wonderful husband (yes, you read that right hihihi!!). Since we literally live through 4 seasons, from winter bringing harsh cold, temperatures, -40, to summer which, although too short for my liking, can reach 45 with high humidity, gardening is a high-challenge sport for me . I've always had a love for plants, gardening and nature; i find it is where i do my best thinking, and relieves stress. I love potted flowers, hence the name Miss Potter (and not for the OTHER 'wink, wink' reason ) I'm hoping to meet some other wonderful gardeners and increase my knowledge of gardening all together. So thank you for having me and i look forward to getting to know the site and all it has to offer bonjour!!
