Welcome from Illinois. Your weather there is so much different than ours but I'm sure we have the same bug problems.

Yeah definitely. I tried all the natural remedies but I ended up having to resort to poisons before my entire garden was gone.

Hi there Brandon and a warm welcome from Scotland.
Even gardeners that have years of experience still have a lot to learn - I know I do. I look forward to hearing all about your garden. Please do ask as many questions as you like and we'll see what we can do to give you a helping hand.

Here's a couple of broad pics of the garden. The left side has sweet snap peas, chili de Arbil, jalapeƱo,one lettuce, cilantro and red onions. The middle and right side have basil, yellow heirloom tomatoes, better boy tomatoes, more snap peas( I like them a lot) and kale. Since this was my first garden I figured I'd throw a variety of stuff in and just see how everything grows.
