My name is Jeri and I love gardening!!! I've rarely met a plant I didn't like. Thus, I have a passion for tropicals, hoyas, plumerias, hibiscus, EE and water gardening. I don't think I've left anything out. LOL. I have a small GH that I filled to the rafters the 1st winter. Nice to meet Yall!!!
Hello Jeri and a warm welcome from a Scottish, organic gardener. I have a feeling you're going to fit in here just fine. :-D Welcome to GardenStew.

Hi Jeri, and a warm welcome to GardenStew from snowy Sweden. Nice to hear you are a lover of all plants. Does that include weeds? Don't forget to check out our blogs, member map and upload any plant images you have to GardenStew PLANTS for all to see Details here: http://www.gardenstew.com/plantstew/help#3 // frank
Hi Jeri, well are you going to answer the weeds question??? I think her hubs told her at Christmas she would be proud of a sack of switches, because she would be trying to root them--LOL
I Jeri from French Settlement, La., I am a little south of you. How did you survive our deep freeze? Welcome to the Stew.
Thanks for the welcome from that great distance. LOL my love of plants does include what some classify as a weed. One I do not love is caretta japonica. Nasty weed here! Penny love the snow man! We actually had snow here 2 years in a row. World record breaking weather all around this year. Sandra you know me too well!!! Jim has definitely seen too many sticks arive in the mail and to him it seems instant plant. Cajunbelle I know exactly where French Settlement is. We had a camp on Amite River Rd. in Maurepas until a few years ago. I love your neck of the woods. I don't think I did well in the artic blast that we had the 1st of January. I'm certain that I have lost plants that I had for years. I just wasn't ready for below 20 for over 10 days.
Jeri.. I hear you on the artic blast, since I suffered the breaker tripping on the green house on the coldest night ..so far.. of the year 12 degrees. I am anxious to see what also survived planted in the yard. So we wait together..lol
