hey guys, I am strict instruction to introduce myself to you lovely bunch, you see i just dived straight in with the asking questions bit!! alway been a little impatient. So about my garden, i have recently moved into a new home with a lovely long garden, the garden is made up of four circles about 5ft across, going down the garden every other one being lawn and the ones in between are concrete, now i want to paint them, but i don't know is it worth it, i guess there must be special paint a can get but im sure it with our weather its just going fade and wash away. Was thinking also the possibility of mosaic. Has anyone got any experience with outside concrete paint or mosaicing, any ball park figues or any suggetions to help liven up my concrete circles would be greatful received. i definatly am going to go with either paint or mosaicists, just not sure what yet, but please thrown any suggestions my way. Thank you and i look forward to speaking to you all in the future. :-D :-D

Hi there Muddyboots!! I have a feeling we've met before haven't we? So a very warm WELCOME to GardenStew. I just know you'll enjoy being here. :-D
Welcome muddyboots, good to meet you. :-D I'm intrigued to see your garden circles and what you decide to do to decorate them. I've seen some astonishing garden mosaics. This is one article about garden mosaics that comes immediately to mind. If you have the talent, inclination, and energy, you could certainly turn your circles into an art piece.
Welcome Muddybob from north Texas. Yes, I would like to see pictures of these concrete circles I am having a problem imagining what you are talking about. But they do sound like the perfect canvas for either mosaic or painting
Welcome, welcome. Yes, a picture of those circles would be great. Then you will be swamped with ideas.
