For the past 4 days I've been out riding my trike and in some areas there's a sweet smelling aroma in the air. The Honeysuckle isn't out yet, so what could be?

Red Maple trees. Take a look around and you will see the trees look like the branches "exploded" with color and mass. those are the flowers on them. Up close the flowers are not much to see.

Cherry tree blossoms also give off a wonderful scent so it could be a combination of different aromas you're sensing.

Hooray for spring!! I think just being outdoors smells SO good! It's like a combination of all the trees, shrubs, and other plants coming back to life, and the earthy smell of the soil and freshly cleaned flower beds with new mulch. Love it!

Tongue-in-cheek..... maybe someone was baking! I smell fresh-baking bread when i'm lying in bed every night & it was driving me crazy until I finally remembered there's a bakery just a block or two from my house!
