    A distinctive yellow dye is obtained from the flowers
    The leaves are rubbed onto insect stings.
    Not sure I would want to make a tea from the leaves, but one is supposed to be able to do that.

    still really haven't decided if I like it. The plant page says its an herb. My third picture is now all dug up. I moved them and threw some away because they will spread so bad even at their new home. Thankyou for the I.D.
