Hi, I've just joined this interesting forum. I've been an active spare time gardener from quite a few years. I've grown both vegetables, fruits, berries, flower etc. I really love to follow and observe all the fascinating processes in the garden. I like to sow the seeds. I love to see how the crops grow. And it feels wonderful when I harvest them. But I also like the exercise and the relaxation I get there, right outside in my garden. I've gone to fitness centers, but nothing beats the garden, I think So, as you can imagine, I spend quite a lot of time in my own garden. Privately, I'm a wife and mother with three children. Best, Anette

Hi KK Ng, Thank you very much! Appreciate that. Even though it's far away, it's my impression that Malaysia is a beautiful place with a lot of wonderful gardens. Yes, you can really get a lot of exercise in your garden - especially when you dig into the soil or weed. Besides, in my family we use a lawn mover without an engine. We have to push it all the way through our big lawn. We used to have a motorized lawn mover, but it made a terrible noise and smoke, and it was not too friendly to the environment. So, now my family and I get a lot of extra exercise once a week when we cut our grass. But we really enjoy it :-D But actually I still jog and cycle. So you know, it all adds up. Best, Anette
