Hi ya'll! I'm Rachel, from Houston but living in London, studying business at LSE. I miss my parents farm...Here I live in a tinny flat and the only green I see is the toilet seat I do have some medicinal plants growing but the weather is not doing them very well... See you around.
Hi Rachel,Glad to have you in our Stew.I'm from Madisonville,Texas about 99 miles north of Houston.I don't grow inside plants very much Ivy and Aloe Vera is about it.I would miss my little country farm if I had to go for long.Education is worth it.
Hi Rachel, Welcome to GardenStew from north Texas. I bet moving from Houston to London was a bit of culture shock Let us know more about yourself. Hope you enjoy your stay with us, lots to read in our forums and blogs and if you have questions I'll bet there is someone here who can give you answers.
Hello there Rachel lovely to have you here with us on the 'Stew' forums. My youngest lad pops up and down to London on a regular basis to visit his girlfriend. She's sharing a flat with other girls as it's all she could afford to do. Isn't London expensive?!!
A warm welcome to the Stew Rachel I miss my parent's farm too in the motherland, Ireland. But I always have photos to remind me. Feel free to jump into any topic! See you around // Frank
Welcome Rachael from Michigan. Hope to hear more from you. Enjoy you stay in London - most of us never get the chance to leave the states.
Welcome to our corner of the world Rachel. And no overtipping the cabbies - it makes it look bad for the rest of us. Have fun. Pete
