I am a wife, mother of five kids, and new (believe it or not) to gardening. I have always been a big city gal, and just recently moved out into the country. I am looking forward to learning a lot here, and seeing if I too can grow a "green thumb".

    Hi gardengreenie
Welcome to the stew from southern Ontario!
With 5 kids, it's no wonder you didn't have time to garden! I have 3 and they sure keep me hopping!

Welcome from sunny,(mostly) Arizona. I've almost always had a garden if only in pots. Now, I'm getting back to pots. It's easier on the knees. Try to get the children involved. They will love watching things they plant grow. Dooley
