Hi Everyone! It's almost time to go to bed, and just before I was going to turn off my computer, I found this forum. I am really looking forward to meeting the folks here. I was really looking for a forum like this to help inspire me to eat better. It seems all I've been eating lately is fast-food and junk. At nearly 55 years old it's beginning to take a toll on my health. Oh well, enough about myself or I won't have anything left to talk about - or anybody left who would listen!
