I garden in New England, mostly perennials as I do not have the sun for vegies. I like to take an early morning tour of the garden before work, and then another when I get home. It refreshes the soul.
Welcome to the best Stew on the www from the north-western coast of mid-Norway! Do tell us more about yourself. Hobbies? Pets? Family? We're rather nosy you see. Please hop in and make yourself at home. I'm looking forward to stewing with you.
Hi and welcome to GardenStew from the broiler pan of the southwest...also known as north Texas. Like Droopy said we are a nosy bunch and would also love to see any photos of gardens, hobbies, pets, scenery you want to share.
Hi and welcome, from northern Ohio, where it's finally dry and warm glad to have you with us, carolyn
Welcome from another part of Texas! Are you from the Finger Lakes area? Our son went to university on the shores of Lake Cayuga in New York. I enjoy vegetable gardening. Most of my flowers are ones that I didn't plant. We enjoy hearing about other gardens and pictures help us enjoy it most of all. dooley
Hi all Hi Dooley--I went to school on the shores of Lake Cayuga (& loved it) but now reside in New England. I will post pix as I am able.
Hi there Cayuga and this time a warm welcome from Scotland. I'll look forward to seeing your photographs and getting to know you.
Welcome to the Stew! This is an international group of great folks. We lived in upstate NY for 25 years, and then moved to central Texas to thaw out. Please join in the gardening talk, and ask any questions you may have. We'll help!

Welcome from another Texan... down here in the SE part of the state. We have something in common... When I get home from work, I say hello to the dog and hubby (yes... in that order ). I then change into my "everyday clothes" and head outdoors to check on the plants and either give them words of praise or encouragement. I'm sure you'll enjoy it here. I doubt you could find a more knowledgeable, friendly (and sometimes silly) group of gardeners!
Hi Cayuga, welcome to GardenStew from Ireland,..and another who visits the garden early morning before breakfast.
