HI from south louisiana ...............

    New here and wanted to say HELLO, lookin forward to mingling with all of you . will post soon all the plants i have to trade , or if yall have request of some iris , i will try my best to send yall some. i have the purple and red ones that grow wild here. this is my second year of planting since hurricane rita destroyed so much. i was surfing the web and came across yall forum ...was amazed at yall Hospitality.....so sweet .thats when i decided to join . :stew2:

    Hi Toni , ( neighbor ) HaHa . im just really getting back to my gardening ..ive planted a vetgatable garden , it has okra , corn , all kinds of peppers like , tabasco. hungarian hotwax , jhalpeno`,habernaro` and so on . i luv to make chow -chow with my peppers . i also planted alot of diffrent tomatoes like early girl , creole and cherrie tomatoes . i have devil radishes planted and burpless cucumbers , already picking those and my cantelope are just starting to bloom .i also have a fig tree that made it through the storm and it is thriving this year . getting alot of my flowers to thrive to ...such as roses , four-o-clocks , iris , and i can go on and on ,,,,lol . i have 2 pet dogs, a siberian husky name BLISS , and a Chihuahua named FIDO .i sure will post pics soon . i also raise pigieons .(the baby's are so cute ...and hatching right now ) im really glad ive joined here you all are so great .
