Hi, I am new here, from Carefree AZ

    I have received so many comments from friends about our garden. We moved here two years ago in July (from different locations in Carefree). The 1st winter was very cold and we lost quite a few plants. The base of the garden and courtyard was already planted but we've had quite a few changes and this year was extra beautiful due to the rain we had here this spring. Once I figure how to post a photo I will show you all the beautiful desert hibiscus we had this year........This seems like a fun place to learn! :stew1: [/img]

    A warm welcome to you from coastal mid-Norway! :stew2: I'm already looking forward to seeing your garden, as it's probably a far cry from mine. :D The Stew is a friendly community with lots of curious (read "nosy"), knowledgable people, so you've picked a good place to join.

    My, look at those lovely flowers and the cacti! Beautiful. I was right, a very far cry from my garden.

    Wow...I'm from the caribbean and I've never seen a lilac hibiscus before. Hibiscuses are so common here, they're one of my favorites, thanks for sharing that photo.

    Welcome to the Stew from East Texas. Glad to have you join our neat group. Your Hibiscus are beautiful. Any shade of lilac, purple, violet, etc. are my favorite. Thanks for sharing your photos.
