Carolyn, how just two people can use so many towels--not just bath towels but kitchen towels, hand towels, wash cloths--it's a wonder my clothes line doesn't go on strike!
My laundry day dropped down to one day a week 3 years ago when our youngest moved out on her own. I do two loads on Monday and that is it. On, Mart, so glad you said that. Laundry usually sits in the dryer for at least another day after it is dry....it's the forgotten load in the washer that causes a stink, especially in hot weather.
I it's your neighbours....they sneak in and out through the cat flap to deposit and then pick up the done laundry. Neighbours????----Maybe the whole street?
Sjoerd, we don't have a cat flap, but we do have cats. I've noticed they have been looking very spiffy lately. Suppose they are dropping off their laundry?
probably you are spot on Jane.. I am not sure if it is the fluffiness of kitty or the shirt that is the giveaway....he looks pained though.
That cat looks very spiffy, all choked-down and ready for a night out...or in your case...a night in?
