    I buy Poppies every Spring hoping they will reseed but nothing yet.

    They are beautiful. I have had a hard time on first planting. If it's too dry they die and never come back. Now I plant and water, water, water...... that works.

    Never will mine reseed themselves for I think they are weeds and pull them... :eek:

    I have a darker pink one like the one in your second photograph. I bought it from the Royal Highland Show a few years ago and it was a lovely red called Ladybird. It's never been red after that first flowering and is now more of a 'Barbie' pink these days.
