    This just reminds me how longs its been since I've been to a zoo. It's great to have the zoo come to us through your photos Sherry, thanks for sharing.

    It has been 41 years since I have been to a zoo! Now that's too long. I understand the zoo in Lufkin is excellent.But the weather will have to be much cooler before I would attempt the outting. But when I go, I will take pictures. :)

    We were told that the first picture, a penguin of sorts had lost his parents to the West Nile Virus.

    Great photographs Sherry. I love the shot of the seal and the one of the peacock is terrific. :-D
