This is the kind of park China is now creating for its citizens. Just 30 years ago, from when they were still a 3rd world nation - Their biggest achievement is actually poverty elevation. Which has completely transformed their society and standard of living. Outside media unfortunately is still spitting out venom at China, at every opportunity they get. Because it's probably their most favorite pastime, (plus it also generates revenue). But this is how it is over there today.
