Please find following your guide to building a snowman/woman. :D :D

First, make your snowball body ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Make the body good and big ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Then make the head, slightly smaller ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Make an indent or collar to sit the head in. Get dad to help lift. ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Dad lifts the head on under careful instruction ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Make sure the head is secure. ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

Find accessories to suit and voila, Frosty is complete. ( photo / image / picture from EJ's Garden )

As you can see, we have had a bit more snow, but also a bit of a melt which has made the snow soft and sticky, and today we went to Marks parents for Sunday lunch, and their garden was a-drift with virgin snow. The kids had a ball. 8)

The instructions were perfect, just wish I had some snow so I could try them out myself

Did you make Jessica's hat and gloves? I like her choice of color!

Thanks everyone. No Toni, mum acquired them for Jessica. The great thing with the colour is, Jessica walks to school with chums, but I still have to take James, and it means as we drive along, we can see her in the distance as she goes the back way and we have to stick to the main roads. :)

They were very pleased, and I imagine he will hang around for quite a while.

what fun! I wish you could come to my front yard to build one for me! We still have about 10 inches on the ground. Hoping for some melting in a day or two.

We had an article in the newspaper and it was on the news that someone had made a 15 foot tall snowman in our town. It was so nice but now we might be getting some melting... I don't have a clue how they got it so large but it had to have taken quite a long time. They used pieces of round wood for the eyes and buttons, etc.

Yours is the size we used to make, so much fun to do and a fun day in the snow..thanks for sharing.
