How to delete an old printer not working with Windows 7?

How do I delete an old printer that we tried to put on but it didn't work with windows 7. I can't find it in the un-install area and I right click on it and delete device but the next time I come on or go to that area, there it is again.

 

I think if you go into Control Panel>printers it gives you the option of deleting a printer.

 

I have checked there...it is not even listed. I never even used it...just tried to install it and then it wouldn't work with windows 7 so we installed the kodak printer which has worked fine until I up-dated it.

 

For some odd reason this time I deleted it , it stayed off...sometimes I think these machines have a mind of their own.
