Is it your joints or muscles?
If joints, start taking Pantothenic acid capsules every day. Start with about 2000mg per day for the first two weeks then down to 500mg-1000mb per day. Works great!!!
If muscles, keep using them (your hands) until you work thru the soreness and add more protein to your diet.

It's the joints mainly. I'll look into the product you named. Do you get it a health food store or vitamin shop? I have tingling going on too, so I think I need to get them checked out.... or maybe I just overdid it the past couple of weekends.... I hate to complain. Perhaps one of the hazards of heavy yardwork.
