Howdy from central NC

    Just joined up since a couple friends turned me on to the stew. Pretty cool stuff, I really like to look at everyones pictures. Hard red clay here near Greensboro so we're trying to add as much organic matter as possible to get those worms working. I'm a chef, love to fire up the grill or smoker and spend the day in the yard tending the goodies. Or fire up the fire pit. That's livin'! I like to play around with my favorite chili's and try a new one or two each year. Tell me it's the hottest and I'll try to grow it![/img]

    Howdy from Texas! I've heard people in Greensboro can really cook. I have a Uncle who travels though on occation. 8)

    Hi Timmy,Welcome to the Stew from another Texan.I have only four kinds of hot pepper an ornimental call Black Pearl. I have 3 other kind not sure of the names they are from Spain.Glad your friends told you about us.
