Hello, I have always loved plants and beautiful flowers but theis is the first year that I am actually growing my own vegetables from seed. So far it has been very rewarding. I have sandy soil so I made a 4 x 28 foot raised bed to start. I planted part of it was herbs. Love herbs, I want to make that bed all herbs next year and make another bigger raised bed beside it. I live 1/2 mile in the woods which is heaven but it can be hell with all the critters!! My hubby has been getting rid of Chip and Dale for me they eat everything! I use to think they were cute now......Well anyways hope to get to know everyone soon. Kimmie
Howdy from Texas! Good luck with Chip and Dale, I hope your hubby isn't a duck or you will never get rid of them. See you around the site.
Hi Kimmie, welcome to the Stew from north Texas. Happy to have you join us. Good luck with the critters. I have squirrels to contend with in the spring, sometimes a stray rabbit too and our dog who clomps thru and on my younger plants like they are invisible.
Welcome to The Stew Kimmie from West Lothian in Scotland. Sounds as though you have your hands full trying to keep your plants safe from all the wildlife around you. Hope your husband manages to get rid of Chip, Dale and all their relatives. Looking forward to getting to know you. :-D
