I'm new to this site, and hope to learn and share my tips with all interested. As to my occupation, I'm a retired phoneman, but have opened and run a nice restaurant on the Texas coast. Lots of fishing and fresh seafood, and I do home made soups, salads, beef and chicken, too.

Howdy from Michigan. Glad to have you with us. Too bad you don't live closer, a good place of seafood sounds really good right about now. :-D I'm sure you will find answers to any questions you may have as well as good ol' friendly conversation.

Welcome Deano... I think you will enjoy the information and company you will find at the Stew. Oh, BTW, I am a fellow Texan from Lufkin (originally Dallas area). Is it too early in the morning to order a bowl of lobster bisque :p
