This morning while watering, a hummingbird hovered within a few feet of me. I figured, it was not afraid. I went back out with the camera & stood still. See what I got?

I'm always amazed at how good your photographs of hummers are WT as they are so fast.

Amazing! they are so fast their wings are always a blur. Your photo really lets you see their feather configuration and stretch.

I'm always amazed with those of you who are able to get such great shots of hummers. They seem to be such a fast little bird. Thanks for sharing your shots of our little friends with us.

great shots. Wish I could get that close... especially with my carmera in hand!
I haven't seen the hummers around the last couple of days... but will leave the feeder out, too, just in case a stragler comes by.

An excellent group of photos. Wish we had them here, they are so gorgeous. A good close up...maybe you smelled extra sweet today. :)
