The Mulberry tree in the front yard has ripe berrys on it and are dropping to the ground.

This doe looks like she has broken her right front leg and it has healed badly. I did notice she was limping a little when she walked. Hope she gets better.

She does appear to be a bit on the thin side so I, too, hope she recovers well.

I think her injury has kept her from eating well. Hopefully now that she is able to get around, she can feed better.

Poor thing! I once watched (with binoculars) a deer limp past in the back field with a clearly broken leg. It broke my heart to see the poor thing struggling, and I hoped he wouldn't end up coyote food. Your photo sure gives me hope Capt, thanks for sharing :D

Well she seems to be doing ok. She was back under the mulberry tree getting the ones on the ground. She spent almost 30 minutes there before ambling off. She didn't seem to be limping as badley this time. She was also doing some feeding as she wlked into the woods.

She was back at the berries again this afternoon. She seems to be moving better and quicker.
