As Emma mentioned her, here is the other 'green jacket' my daughter Kim.

It is a beautiful place to visit with all year round interest. The wisteria pagoda was amazing with the most devine fragrance. The black tulips and iris were lovely and the general landscape especially the beautifully kept lawns.
Hope you enjoyed your stroll through Hyde Hall :stew2:

Wow, so great that you two got to meet.

Hyde Hall is beautiful. I love the wooden bridge with the flowers beside it....could I pinch that picture? I would like to print it out to hang in my craft room.

I am supposed to have a couple of the black Iris in one bed, been in there three years now. They put up leaves but have yet to bloom.

Of course you can toni, I feel honoured that you like it enough to print it out.

I would like to pinch the photograph of you and EJ if I may Pat? I would like to keep it in my computer room to show my family. I'm so glad you two met up and had a lovely time together. Who knows maybe some day we can get a piccie of all three of us together. :-D

I love the black tulips and iris. My tulips flower well but, like Toni, I've had the black iris for a few years now but only get the variagated foliage coming up. I think I may dig it up and trasplant it into a different part of the garden.

Wow-ee! Thanks for taking the time to post these great pics of Hyde Hall. I have never been there, so it was quite interesting to me to see some shots of it.
That foto of you and Emma sure was a good one. That red hair of her's looks very nice, don't you think?
...red hair and green jackets--what a colourful meeting. :)

Thanks GG, it's in my folder now and as soon as I get to the office supply store for ink cartridges I can get it printed out and framed.
I have always had a love for bridges, especially wooden ones.

You're welcome toni. I would be very interested to see a photo of it in its frame when you have it done.

Thanks Pat. I've printed it out and am looking through my frames to see which one it'll look best in. Now I can see you both whenever I want!! :D
