no the pics are great daisyb.... i think thats what most of us like best.. your flowers are really nice.
I'm not a great lover of hydrangeas but I really like the colour of your one especially with the hot orange of the lilies in the foregrowund.
Never apologize for pictures!!! I LOVE THEM!! I am jealous though, I can't grow a hydrangea to save my soul
Thanks for the nice comments. It is so fun to show flowers to people who really appreciate them, isn't it? I wonder why you havent' had luck with hydrangea Stratsmom? Are they tempermental? I don't do anything special for mine. Nor does my neighbor. When he first moved here a few years ago, he was about to chop up his hydrangea bushes because he didn't know what he had -- they looked awful, practically killed off by vines and stuff. We pulled all the vines off and trimmed them up and they recovered and look great again. He has the best in the neighborhood after all that neglect. Maybe you are too nice to them, Stratsmom? I water mind if it looks wilty...
I love orange....I have a lot of the ditch lilys too. We call them that here..in fact someone sent me some from another area and they are exactly like what I had..just a different name for a different area I guess. Anyway I love them and I have them all over the place.
