These babies are really puttin' on the show this year. Some newer shots of Endless Summer Gosh, I like these flowers. I cut some and brought some blooms into the house today. This is an Oak Leaf Hydrangea starting to do its thing. These dry pretty nice on the bush. I give them a few weeks to stay on the bush, as they turn an old fashioned parchment color...with a pink tinge to them, and then I cut them for the house.
They are so pretty! I have Nikko Blues that are pink right now...trying to give them a bit more acidity because I LOOOOVE the blue! I was thinking of getting oak leaf hydrangea, they look so airy and I thought they might take the heat better than my others.
So very lovely! I have a couple of Lacecaps, which I love, and a climbing Hydrangea which has yet to bloom, :-? but, I think I may just HAVE to find a spot for more. :-D
