I've convinced a local landfill to experiment with canna as a post sediment settling water purifier. (runoff is a major complaint from the public) I have about 15 cubic feet of rhizomes they will be picking up next week. I will have to teach them how to plant and etc. I am however excited about the possible outcome. I work for the parent company of the landfill, this, if successful, could mean good things for me.

Sounds great, Canna make good bog plants. Keep us up on how the project goes and of course brag all you want about it.

'Tis nothing but the truth. Thank you my friend. Yours has such Joie de Vie. (I don't think I spelled it correctly, or even have the proper context, but, I hope you get the idea)

FBG, as we say in Texas, "No brag, just fact." Your idea is stunningly brilliant, and we are all proud of you.
I hope corporate realizes how valuable you are, and rewards you appropriately.

If this works, you are close enough to corporate that, that, may actually be feasible. I will hold you to that! :D

Thank you Miss Jane! That really means a lot.

I didn't know that I could here. 6 inches of stall muckings and 6 inches of leaves must have done the trick. All that and a rather mild winter.
