When I was little I would draw a lot. Sketchpads full of drawings still sit at my parent's home. I would make small comics that I was going to 'publish'. Whole days would be consumed just drawing and colouring in. I loved it so much, but I guess life just carried on and I stopped.

However recently I have picked up the pen and paper again (this time in digital form), and got the creative juices flowing again. I created some characters, came up with a book concept and now it's sitting on my table, fresh off the press. And it feels wonderful!

Here is when I received my first copy:

I wanted a create a book to help parents introduce their kids to simple gardening concepts. It's called Bo and Blu In The Garden. I'm happy with the result.

I am going to continue making more (working on the second right now). I had so much fun with this. Maybe, in future, they will even be a nice way to support GardenStew and get something neat in return.

I do hope you enjoy my work :-D

It's an adorable book, the drawings are so bright and cheerful. I like that it's a good sized book you can see more detail in the pictures and little ones can start recognizing letters and words.

Can't wait to see the second one.

Thank you all for your lovely comments. It warms my heart, it really does.

Some people have been asking me to send them autographed copies of the book. While I would love to be able to do this, it's just not feasible consider my current geographical location and the printing location (cost/time.)

However I would gladly send you a personalised postcard that you could put with the book :) If you PM me your mailing address along with your book order number I can make it so.

    Sound good?
