First let me explain so that you will understand. I have had almost 1000 hits to my blog in the last few days. I was trying to figure out how and why. I was puzzled as to why so many ppl were reading my blog!!!! Guess I should watch what I say from now on, huh?
Ah now Pinkie you have touched on another subject close to my heart and that is search engines, or ranking on search engines. Let me tell you the 2 most important reasons why your blog entry is number #1: 1/ It is an excellent blog entry full of information that folks can read, bookmark and reference again and again. 2/ You wrote a great title for the blog entry i.e. Trouble Shooting roses. Writing informative, descriptive titles is half the battle to getting more people to find your blog entries through search engines. And other blogs are ranking high on search engines for example: Glendann's blog: #5 on Google for 'vegetable garden blog' Heather's blog: #2 on Google for 'when to dig up tulips' Some of the things people search for are hilarious! My blog is #1??!! Well well, who would have thunk it? I was just trying to help out my Gardenstew friends with thier roses! Let me ask you a question.... Ive already been challeged about my blog (I think), how do I do handle this? I have proof of everything I do out there but thats not why I started the blog (to be attacked). Ill answer question all day long on roses (you know me! ) but I dont want the stress that looks like its coming with the blog. That one post has me puzzled as I dont know what he was asking. Was he challaging me? Attacking me?? or just asking a question?
