I love being able to get out there and get dirt under my nails and feel the bone deep heat.
Thanks, Kildale. It's actually just cozy in size. Not really big enough for both of us to be in there at the same time without squeezing past each other, but we can pack a lot in there. as of right now there are over 50 hanging baskets in there plus all the stuff on the benches.
I am green with envy. Those seedlings and cuttings look so healthy and happy in your greenhouse! I am beyond eager to play in the dirt!
Netty, I am so blessed. My DH made this happen for me. I know how much it helps just to get out in the "dirt" and make me feel human.
Carolyn, I agree with what everyone else has said. Your seedlings & cuttings all look so healthy & full of life. Brings a smile to my face to see them.
Somehow I have the feeling that a greenhouse needs a green thumb, which you obviously have, Carolyn. Such lovely seedlings, such great cuttings, and all are doing so well. Come May, there will be a lot of demand for your geraniums, herbs, and other plants. Enjoy your time in the dirt!
Everything looks great Carolyn. Love that bone deep heat also the feel of the soil and the smell of the greenhouse. I had to skate to the greenhouse yesterday just to get my fix.
What a thrill to see, Carolyn. Heck--you may not have the weather, but you've got the growth! Don't you just LURVE a greenhouse.
Thanks all, I do love my greenhouse. I would be going stir crazy without it. Or I would have to have a job...heaven forbid! Oh, the horrors of getting up everyday and leaving home....but I suppose I would be getting a paycheck, but its it worth it? . Then I would have to quit when the weather got nice so I could work 12 hours a day at home. there just wouldn't be enough time in the day to be employed. nah, I'll stay home.
So many plants!! And so healthy! Carolyn, what do you DO with them all? I mean, you surely don't grow them just for yourself do you?
Ronni, Thanks, I sell plants from my house, I do a roadside stand for plants and vegetables and I do farmers markets all Summer long.
