I have been looking for one like this for several years. He is almost exactly like the gnome in a Toyota Tundra pickup truck commercial that aired during the Super Bowl several years ago. I only watch the Super Bowl for the commercials :-D Anyway, the gnome is standing in the middle of a dirt country road talking about the new truck. At the end of the ad the truck is just about to drive over the top of the gnome and he says "You call it ground clearance".....the truck drives over him without knocking him over and the gnome says "I call it headroom" The ad didn't last very long, they made another with the gnome but it didn't last long either. They were both really funny ads but people liked the gnome and didn't remember the product the ad was for so Toyota stopped that ad campaign.
I would prefer to think he is sleeping on his feet or meditating rather than that he is plotting something. :-D
