I often thought about Hang Gliding!

But the one thing that stopped me was, I can't scream for that length of time!

 

I think that would stop me too.I'm
afraid of hights like that.lol

I abseiled once, down a climbing wall. I screamed from top to bottom! Loved it, but still screamed in fear.

 

I don't think Hang Gliding is something I would try...I'd probably have heart failure!

 

When I was in high school I went to a theme park that had parachute jumps. They had cords that slowed you down before you hit the ground so you had a "soft" landing. I still wasn't thrilled with it. Dooley

Why would anyone want to jump out of a perfectly good airplane?

 

Yeah really Capt.I'm doing good just getting in one much less jumping out of it.

 

When I was much younger, we lived in Asheville, NC.
It was so exciting to see all the hang gliders around those mountains,
I took several lessons.



I still have the scars.
