Chris--I am sorry but I have no idea. What about contacting the manufacture(s) and asking that question? I take it that you live in a warm part of the world? An outside kitchen has always been very appealing to me, but I live in New England & winter being what it is, we would hardly get any use out of it. Good luck with your project.
