I want to start a seed list but.......

    I would love to start a seed swap list but i have nothing to swap as yet as this is my first project. Has anyone any ideas please.

    Well, Maybe see if there is a gardening club or group close to you and join in. Usually gardeners will give away extra seeds without expecting anything in return, but when you have them, reciprocate the kindness. Ask friends, relatives or neighbors, too. Over here I would just send you a few of this and that, but since you are in another country it makes it hard to do that.

    Yea I have just emailed two of my mates that have allotments and hopefully should be good. And kids grandpa are sorting out cuttings of tomatoes and starawberries

    What are the rules for mailing seeds to the UK ? I posted on your blog that I had some extra cantaloupe seeds I would send but didn`t notice you were in the UK. Don`t want to do anything illegal but then people in the UK can buy from seed catalogues here can`t they ?
