and I sure got some! Sunday night a violet thunderstorm dumped 92mm of rain. Another 18mm last night. And today another 30mm! And there is another storm starting right now! My plants sure are happy now!

I got 1/2 inch this morning and could use another 2 inches in a nice all day shower! Should get some more on Wed. it's supposed to be a better chance than today.
It looks as though our rain has, finally, found somewhere else to go. We've actually had three whole days of sunshine for a change.
Ooo, I'm jealous, Netty. We've got heat and humidity and there are scattered showers in the forecast but, so far, they seem be "scattering" all around us while we stay dry. :?
Last nights second storm left another 30mm of rain. That totals 170 mm (almost 7 inches) in three days!
Wow, thats a lot of rain! We are so low lying we would have floods everywhere with so much so fast. We need rain, but maybe not that much in so few days.
