I enter loads of competitions for good causes, and raffles for charities and the school and so on, but never, ever win a darn things. However, last week I was in the next village with my chum Debbie, you remember, the lovely lady with Huntingtons Disease. Well I was helping her with her shopping for the morning, and whilst waiting for her at the till at the CoOp, I spotted a lucky draw box for a photography company. Well, as I was standing there I thought, why not, so I wrote down my name and number and stuck it in the box, then forgot all about it. Well, would you believe it! I got a phone call yesterday congratulating me on winning second prize. I have won and hours photo session for us all and a free 10 inch by 8 inch print of our choice. Of course, they are hoping you will buy lots of prints and who knows, if they are amazing shots, we may buy a couple, but what a result! I won second prize. Felt like I should go and buy a lotto ticket, but then lightening never strikes twice...............does it???? :)

What a great prize, especially considering how much those family photos can cost.

Isn't it great when you win something. :)
That foto session will be something very nice for you. Will you include your mum in the fotos--or is it just ment for you, your man and children?
    Great news!

Thanks all. I will scan the piccy in when we get it - sometime in June...well we are so busy it was a case of trying to find a Saturday when we had nothing on - so you can all see.
