We have about 1/4 inch of ice on everything and then rainn on top of that. Everyting here is closed down or on 2 hr. delays. The headlights up on the highway are barely moving.

Sounds like a perfect day for staying off the roads if at all possible.

We had some ice Monday into Tuesday morning and lots of wrecks around town. Our next cold spell Saturday night into Sunday is supposed to be very cold but dry.

I'm so glad we're ice free at the moment.

The pictures they are showing on the 5:30 news with all the ice and snow are horrible, yet the fresh snow is pretty. Sounds like it will pretty much cover areas from Seattle to Bangor! You just can't DO ice!!! No way, no how!!!

Yep, and now (in Wa.) they are predicting a windstorm with cat-1 winds, followed by sheeting ice. Such fun.
It really is amazing how widespread all the snowfall is, coast to coast.
