Was without internet 5 days again, really getting angry with this big company, which is our local phone company, our satelite and now our DSL, they are getting too big for their britches or something, and not hiring enough people to keep up with the work or keep things running smoothly! and as it seems they've got us over a barrel as they and one other big company (bigger crooks) are our only 2 options, now ain't life grand...NOT! darn good thing, I'm on top of the problem, as he found one problem outside, I found one inside just replaced the 3rd. modem, he wanted to come in, I said hand it over, I'll hook it up, because get this ya'll..$50.00 to walk through your door, and $25.00 every 15 minutes thereafter. I told him no body is worth that, except people who save lives on a daily basis, they may even be worth more! now we'll see how long this modem last,, was told they make them better now, number 2 lasted one whole month, this one is the same...oh boy! :'(
Oh dear Susie what a carry on!!! I really hope that this modem works, and keeps working, for you. My husband works for a big telecomms firm here in Scotland but we had to get four modems before one worked properly - progress - HUH!!! :-x

Good Luck! We've been experiencing internet problems for a week. I think the construction down the road is the problem. Everything works great, for a minute, then we lose connection. This is frustrating enough, I can't imagine being down for a week Deanna :-D
