I've been looking for a decent job for quite some time, and finally had the opportunity to join the family business (employment recruiters). Looks like I'll be focusing on anything related to health care, as that's a territory they have not ventured into yet (the rest do manufacturing).

There's a bit of a steep learning curve, and I'll be paid on commission (as most recruiters are), so there may be quite a lot of work with no money as I learn the ropes, but at least it has a lot of potential. We've got kids to get through college very soon, so this year is a good learning year (tuition starts next year).

I'm pretty excited about the opportunity, even if I won't see $ for a while. As kids, we all lived and breathed this stuff, as my dad was the original person to start up with this business idea. It's kind of exciting to keep it going.
