It has rained hard here every Wed. and Thurs for the past 3 weeks. We got over an inch of rain in the past 24 hrs. Now they say 1 to 2 inches of snow tonight possible.

Web Feet Captain? You mean like in the web footed 1952 3D "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" movie? That's a scary thought. How good are you at growing water plants? :)

Ohhh! Thaaat web footed creature. :) I hope you are not near a river that overflows in the spring. So much of Ohio is under a flood watch or flood warning you may need those web feet.

    Stay dry Captain,

    Jerry

Come get it Toni. You can have all you want. We have had almost 5 in. of rain in March alone. And the Farmers almanac says this month is to be drier than normal!

Well Captain, according to the people at NOAA they have your number (letter) in Ohio for precipitation outlook for March. They have a big 'A' over Ohio meaning above average precipitation.

They also have Toni's number (actually a 'B') too. Texas is so dry the tumbleweeds are starting to roll ahead of season. :)

We've just had almost 4 inches in about 12 hours. Pretty much a mess....

The NOAA March prediction for Annapolis, Maryland is even, neither above normal nor below normal for precipitation. Conclusion: 4 inches of rain is normal :) MaryAnn needs web feet. :)

This is going to be an interesting spring and summer. :sete_076:

I'm almost under water here too. Rain is in the forecast for a few more days. Then it changes to snow...

It will be raining most of the day as the snow cover is reduced significantly. Temperatures in the 50's will also bring spring much closer. The marigold seeds are in their boxes ready to go outside.

Are those webbed feet just now developing, Capt'n? Being an old navy hand, I would have thought that you already had them! ;)

No, but you have had way too much rain there...and snow. When is it going to stop?

So Eileen, nice picture of his web feet!! We already know he can quack. He will be right at home as Ohio gets inundated with spring rain. :)
