This afternoon was GORGEOUS! I cleaned flower beds, cut hollyhocks and planted bulbs. I'm glad to see these little fellas. I love them and I think it's because my grandma had them so they remind me of her :-D I'm glad to see them, even though they mean summer is officially over :-? You can see new ones popping up along the soaker hose
Autumn crocus are a favourite of mine too. Just as everything else in the garden is dying back they pop up to put a smile on your face. :-D
